Job description8+ years of experience in core engineering roles (software development, architecture, system design). Proven track record in product-based companies (mobility, logistics, EV, automobile, or early startups preferred). Strong technical expertise in scalable distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and core engineering practices . Experience in building, mentoring, and scaling engineering teams. Ability to partner with product leaders, engineering managers, and business stakeholders to drive alignment. Excellent communication and leadership skills to bridge business needs and technical execution. Experience in mobility, logistics, EV, or automobile sectors. Exposure to fast-scaling environments (startup / scale-up experience). Hands-on experience in modern tech stacks (Node.js, Java, Golang, cloud platforms).
