Job Description
Key Responsibilities : -
Manage and maintain executive schedules, organize meetings and appointments, and handle travel arrangements.
Prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations, and business correspondence using MSWord, Excel, and Google Sheets.
Act as the main point of contact between executives, employees, and external clients,handling communications with professionalism and discretion.
Organize meeting agendas, record meeting minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
Monitor and order office supplies, maintain office records, and assist in coordinating office logistics as needed.
Maintain confidentiality always, especially when handling sensitive company information
Requirements
Required Skills : -
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Minimum 3 years’ experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Word, MS Office Suite, Excel, and Google Sheets.
Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple priorities, work independently, and adapt to a fast-pacedenvironment
