Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Production Manager to oversee daily production operations at our Dhulagarh (Howrah) plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, managing the production team, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan, organize, and oversee the production schedule and daily operations.
Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to meet targets.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Manage production staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement cost-effective production methods.
Maintain production reports and analyze data to improve productivity.
Ensure optimal use of manpower, materials, and machinery.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions promptly.

Eligibility Criteria :

Educational Qualification : Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Engineering or Science).

Experience : Minimum 5 years+ of experience in a similar role within the plastics manufacturing industry.

Preferred Skills :

Strong knowledge of plastics production processes and machinery.

Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and quality.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Work Location :

Factory Unit – Dhulagarh, Howrah, West Bengal

Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Howrah / Dhulagarh area will be preferred.

Compensation :

₹5 – ₹9 Lakhs per Annum (based on experience and qualifications)
