JD Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled AEM Developer with 5+ years of strong hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Cloud plus 6.x and above).

The role is focused on coding, customising, and extending AEM capabilities to build high-performance, scalable, and maintainable enterprise-level digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement AEM components, templates, dialogs, and workflows.
• Write efficient and reusable code using Java, Sling, OSGi, and JCR APIs.
• Build and extend Sling models, servlets, filters, and schedulers.
• Implement HTL (Sightly) for component development and front-end integration.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript into AEM.
• Configure and optimise AEM Dispatcher caching for performance.
• Develop and consume RESTful / GraphQL APIs for integration with external systems.
• Work with Digital Asset Management (DAM) features like metadata schemas, renditions, and workflows.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise AEM code and performance issues.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and CI / CD pipeline deployment.
