Work you will do :

• Partner with Associate Creative Directors, Creative Directors, and business leaders to shape and execute multifaceted campaigns and experiences across digital, print, motion, and emerging platforms
• Leverage conceptual thinking to develop and champion creative concepts from brainstorming and moodboard to storyboarding and final execution
• Maintain the highest level of design and brand consistency and compliance throughout projects
• Present and articulate creative solutions to project stakeholders, advocating for innovative ideas that drive business goals
• Be a proactive problem solver, communicate clearly, and have an enviable self-starting work ethic
• Help drive project workflows using project management tools to support team alignment, efficient collaboration, and deadline success
• Stay ahead of current design trends, technologies, and cultural shifts—actively bringing new inspiration and knowledge to the team
