Job description :

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Work with the Technical Support team to help customers and partners to solve issues encountered during the adoption and use of SAP Business One product.
  • Investigate and identify product defects reported by customers and partners and work closely with development teams and product managers to deliver solutions.
  • Investigate and provide solutions to DB corruptions caused by product defects in customers’ databases.
  • Provide generic solutions for common issues customers may have during their daily use of SAP Business One product.
  • Perform root cause analysis and debugging of software defects.

    • QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Proficient in relational database and SQL language.
  • Experience with JavaScript and C++. Java knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of financial processes and documents, accounting and enterprise resource planning (ERP).
  • Fluent in both oral and written English with good communication skills.
  • Can work on multiple tasks, and work under pressure.

    • WORK EXPERIENCE

  • At least two years’ experience in enterprise / large scale software development, support, or maintenance.
