• Don't bother about a fancy setup or a Photoshop subscription to get started
• Believe in "Let's do this, then figure the rest!"
• Have a "I know a faster way to get this done" approach (We encourage using ChatGPT / ImageGPT)

Role and Responsibilities :

Understand design briefs from your team – from its identity to its target audience.

Keep an eye out on the brand's voice, tone, and messaging guidelines. Your mission : ensure all your artwork reflects our brand's identity and values.

Create purposeful static and dynamic designs for marketing materials, including social media posts and email campaigns. Your designs will make our audience in their scroll

Stay on top of industry trends and best practices. Innovate and keep your designs fresh and relevant to captivate our audience.

Research to understand our audience's demographics, preferences, and behavior. Tailor your designs to hit the bullseye.

Analyze the performance of your designs and use the insights to keep getting better.
