Customer query handling – damaged, return, refund etc.
Sales Report, Stock Report of Products
Inventory & price updating at all portals.
Email Campaign Creation, Scheduling etc.
Ability to create and handle online marketing campaigns
Responsible for day-to-day Operations of Ecommerce
Worked on Sellbrite, Shipstation, Mailchimp etc.
Product Shipment Creation for Amazon FBA
Experience 1 - 3 Years Salary 2 Lac 50 Thousand To 4 Lac 25 Thousand P.A. Industry IT Software - Ecommerce / Internet Technologies Qualification Other Bachelor Degree Key Skills Good knowledge of ecommerce eCommerce executive
