Role :

We are looking for a driven

  • Inside Sales Executive
  • with a strong understanding of IT / software solutions, especially SaaS platforms, to join our growing sales team. You will play a key role in identifying potential customers, nurturing leads, and closing deals remotely through calls, emails, and demos.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients via cold calling, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Explain the Shoppacino platform’s features and benefits tailored to client requirements.
  • Conduct virtual product demos and presentations to convert leads into customers.
  • Manage CRM tools for lead tracking, follow-ups, and performance monitoring.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and technical team to align on sales goals and feedback.
  • Maintain regular communication with prospects and build long-term relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

    • Requirements :

  • 2–3 years of experience in IT / SaaS inside sales or B2B sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical products / platforms to non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven mindset
