About the Role

We are looking for an Office Administrator who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization. They will be joining us in the pursuit of our mission to uphold our customer service commitment to excellence. The ideal Office Admin should be ready to provide outstanding administrative support in a forward-thinking organization, contributing their skills to make an impact in the relevant industry.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a first point of contact to external vendors and guests, directing them to appropriate offices.
  • Respond to calls and emails within the stipulated time or forward them to wherever necessary.
  • Answer all queries professionally as per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Maintain a record of visitors / calls and follow appropriate security procedures.
  • Coordinate office operations by supervising office staff and maintaining office systems.
  • Manage end-to-end travel requirements for C and E suite.
  • Organize office operations and processes, such as assisting with payroll, expense reports, handling correspondence, and supporting HR-related tasks.
  • Coordinate office repairs and maintenance.
  • Assist finance department with book-keeping, preparation of budgets, and other tasks.
  • Take corrective actions and ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Manage office supplies across all floors.
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary and perform necessary duties when needed.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or bachelor’s in office administration or any related field.

Required Skills

  • Two to three years of experience as an office admin, office assistant, or any relevant role.
  • Outstanding organization, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with basic accounting principles and management processes.
  • Proficiency using MS Office, QuickBooks, ERP, and other software.
  • Customer-service oriented.
