Position Overview We are seeking an experiencedSenior IT Managerto join our Professional Services team. This role demands ahands-on leaderwith deep expertise in enterprise network architecture, design, and deployment. The successful candidate will own end-to-end solutions across complex network environments—coveringrouting, switching, wireless, security, cloud, and hybrid infrastructures. The Senior IT Manager will serve as atechnical authorityfor high-impact client projects, ensuring scalability, performance, and security while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Architecture & Design Lead the design of enterprise-class LAN, WAN, WLAN, and hybrid cloud network solutions. Define high-availability and disaster recovery strategies for critical infrastructure. Translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical architectures. Implementation & Delivery Deploy and configure advanced networking solutions (switches, routers, firewalls, SD-WAN, NAC). Architect and optimize enterprise wireless networks (Ekahau or equivalent for site surveys). Integrate cloud and on-premises networking solutions (Azure, AWS, OCI). Security & Compliance Design and enforce network security standards, segmentation, and zero-trust architectures. Implement solutions aligned with ISO, NIST, and other compliance frameworks. Performance & Troubleshooting Serve as L3 escalation point for complex incidents across server, storage, and network domains. Perform root cause analysis, advanced packet capture, and network performance tuning. Collaboration & Leadership Partner with internal architects, service managers, and client stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions. Mentor Level 1 / 2 engineers, guiding them in advanced troubleshooting and solution design. Deliver technical documentation, design diagrams, and executive-level presentations. Skills & Qualifications Required : 8–12 years of experience in network design, architecture, and deployment (enterprise-scale). Should have manager IT teams earlier for 3-5 years. Deep hands-on expertise in : Routing & Switching : OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VLANs, QoS. Security : Firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA), VPN, IPS / IDS. Wireless : Design & optimization, Ekahau or equivalent tools. Data Center Networking : SAN / NAS, SDN, virtualization-aware networking. Proven experience leading end-to-end solution delivery for enterprise clients. Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills. Preferred (Nice to Have) : Certifications : CCNP / CCIE (Enterprise or Security), Palo Alto Firewall, Fortinet NSE 7 / 8, VMware NSX, Ekahau ECSE Design / Advanced. Cloud networking expertise (AWS Transit Gateway, Azure Virtual WAN, OCI FastConnect). Soft Skills Strong leadership, mentoring, and customer-facing communication skills. Ability to balance architecture-level strategy with hands-on delivery. Excellent time management across multiple large-scale projects. Willingness to travel for global client engagements.
