Role Summary
We're looking for a hands-on vTiger CRM consultant to implement, customize, train teams, and support adoption across Marketing, Pre-Sales, Sales, Support, and Customer Success.
This is not theoretical consulting. You will configure, execute, train, fix, and measure.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end vTiger setup and optimization
- Module configuration for Leads, Deals, Tickets, Campaigns, Projects, Customer Success
- Custom workflows, automation, and role-based dashboards
- KPI and reporting framework setup
- CRM integrations (Email, WhatsApp, Telephony, Lead Forms, Analytics tools)
- Data migration and cleanup
- Team training + adoption enablement
- Post Go-live support and stabilization
Must Have Skills
