IT Security Onboarding Business Analyst

Description : IT Security Onboarding Business Analyst Job are looking for an experienced IT Security Onboarding Business Analyst to join our team in Pune.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid background in IT project environments (preferably software / security), and hands-on knowledge of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain.

This role focuses on the onboarding, migration, and support aspects of security projects, requiring technical understanding alongside excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Job Location & Pune.

Experience : Approximately 5 Years.

Key Requirements & Technical IAM Domain Expertise : Proven expertise and hands-on knowledge in the IAM (Identity and Access Management) domain is essential.

• Project Lifecycle Experience : Significant experience working on onboarding, migration, and support projects, preferably within software or IT security contexts.
• Azure Environment & Identity : Working knowledge of Azure AD (Active Directory).
• Experience working on the broader Azure cloud environment.
• Practical Migration knowledge related to applications, users, or data in a cloud / hybrid environment.
• Database Skills : Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, query execution, and troubleshooting.
• Data Analysis Tools : Knowledge or a strong willingness to learn data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI or Business Analysis & Requirements : Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for security and IAM onboarding / migration projects.
• Gather, document, and analyze functional and non-functional requirements for new system onboardings and platform migrations.
• Project Execution (Onboarding & Migration) : Drive and support the technical execution of onboarding projects, ensuring seamless integration of new applications and services into the existing security framework (especially within the IAM / Azure AD context).
• Facilitate and coordinate migration activities, ensuring data integrity and minimal business disruption.
• Support & Documentation : Provide L2 / L3 support for existing onboarded applications and IAM infrastructure, quickly diagnosing and resolving complex issues.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including technical specifications, process flows, run books, and training materials.
• Data Analysis & Reporting : Utilize SQL to query and analyze system data for audit, compliance, and reporting purposes.
• Employ or rapidly learn Power BI / Tableau to create dashboards and reports on project status, security metrics, and post-migration performance.
• Collaboration : Work closely with development, security, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure solutions are technically feasible and meet security standards.
