Job descriptionConduct governance and maturity assessments, create improvement roadmaps, and establish Lead data profiling, quality checks, scoring, and remediation across domains. Build data quality frameworks, rules, dashboards, and monitoring processes. Drive ERP migration data readiness, including assessment, cleansing, harmonization, and Define governance standards for Vendor, Customer, Material, Product, Finance, and Pricing Implement MDM processes, standardization, deduplication, and validations. Develop metadata catalogs, lineage, glossaries, and metamodels. Lead data enrichment initiatives, including AI-driven enrichment and attribute / taxonomy Prepare enterprise data for AI / GenAI use cases, identifying governance and data quality gaps. Partner with business and IT teams across finance, supply chain, procurement, and operations. Automate data processes using integrations, workflows, APIs, or ETL tools. Support conceptual, logical, and physical data model development. ERP : SAP ECC / S4HANA, Oracle ERP Cloud, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Governance / Quality / Metadata : Informatica, Talend, Alation, MS Purview, Axon, Collibra Integration & ETL : APIs, middleware, ETL tools, data lakes Cloud / Analytics (optional) : Power BI, Snowflake, Azure, Hive Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or related Preferred certifications : CDMP (Data Management Professional). 5–12 years in Data Governance, EDM, Data Quality, and MDM. Experience in ERP transformations, legacy data remediation, and AI data readiness. Exposure to supply chain, procurement, finance, or vendor / customer data domains is a plus.

governance and management frameworks.
