Job Summary :
As an IT Recruiter at Experts Pro, you will play a key role in connecting talented IT professionals with opportunities at our US-based client companies. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates, ensuring a positive experience while building a strong talent pool for various technical roles.
Key Responsibilities :
- Source active and passive candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools.
- Screen candidate profiles and resumes against job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability and interest.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
