Position : Oracle EAM Consultant / Developer

Location : Malaysia

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EAM Professional to support, implement, and enhance Oracle Enterprise Asset Management modules. The ideal candidate will have strong functional or technical expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Cloud EAM, along with a solid understanding of asset lifecycle management, maintenance workflows, and related integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and support Oracle EAM modules (Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud).
  • Collaborate with business users to understand asset management requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
  • Manage setups and workflows for preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
  • Configure Work Orders, Asset Groups, Activity Codes, Work Requests, Maintenance Schedules, Meter Readings, BOM setups, and Maintenance Routes.
  • Develop and execute test scripts, conduct UAT, and provide production support.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for RICEW components (Reports, Integrations, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).
  • Support integrations with Inventory, Purchasing, iProcurement, HR, and other related modules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to EAM modules.
  • Prepare functional documentation such as BRDs, MD50s, AIM documents, training materials, and SOPs.
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end maintenance activities.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EAM (EBS or Oracle Cloud).
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Enterprise Asset Management processes.
  • Experience in PM schedules, asset tracking, maintenance work orders, planning, and execution.
  • Good knowledge of Inventory, Purchasing, and Finance modules.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide production support.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
