Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound calls to source, screen, and shortlist candidates for driver and field sales roles.
- Explain job roles, responsibilities, and company policies to potential candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Handle driver onboarding—collect and verify documents (DL, ID proof, etc.) and ensure smooth joining.
- Maintain candidate records and update daily calling and hiring reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Operations) for smooth onboarding and deployment.
- Meet daily / weekly hiring and onboarding targets.
Requirements :
Graduate or in college with relevant experience in telecalling / recruitment preferred.Strong communication and convincing skills in Hindi and basic English.Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily.Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.Prior experience in driver hiring or blue-collar recruitment will be an added advantage.Key Skills :
