Senior Human Capital Management Specialist

Job descriptionStrong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem-solving, influencing, and negotiating skills, organizational awareness, sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and client management are essential. Good leadership capability with strong planning and follow-up skills, mentorship, work allocation, monitoring, and status updates to project managers. Assist in identifying, assessing, and resolving complex functional issues / problems. Interact with clients frequently around specific work efforts / deliverables. Domestic or international travel for short and long durations is open to candidates.
Expert Talent Acquisition and Implementation
Candidates should have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in human capital management, specifically in the recruitment functional domain. Immediate or within 15 days availability is required.
The ideal candidate will possess 8 - 10 years of expert domain knowledge covering the entire hire to retire cycle. A background in at least 5 end-to-end HCM implementations is essential, with a minimum of 2 successful implementations in an HCM Cloud environment.
- A strong working experience in one or more of these modules along with Core HR is mandatory –
- Recruiting Functional Lead
In-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business process and their data flow is necessary.
Candidates must have client-facing experience and interact with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing, and go-live.
