Role Overview

We are looking for two Technical Architects who are hands-on experts in MERN Stack & AWS DevOps .

You will act as the technical anchor — collaborating directly with clients, understanding requirements, designing robust architectures, enforcing code quality, mentoring developers, and overseeing the full life cycle from development to deployment .

Key Responsibilities

  • Client & Requirement Management
  • Engage directly with clients to capture business and technical needs.
  • Convert requirements into architecture blueprints and implementation plans.
  • Architecture & Design
  • Design end-to-end scalable MERN-based SaaS and enterprise applications.
  • Architect microservices, APIs, and real-time data pipelines.
  • Define reusable modules, coding guidelines, and security layers.
  • Development Leadership
  • Lead the team in development using React / Next.js, Node.js, Express, MongoDB / PostgreSQL .
  • Review code and ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
  • Mentor junior developers and establish a strong engineering culture.
  • AWS DevOps & Deployment
  • Architect and manage CI / CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
  • Manage AWS services – EC2, S3, RDS, ECS / EKS, Lambda, CloudFront, VPC, Route 53 .
  • Automate deployments using Docker, Terraform, Ansible .
  • Ensure scalability, observability, and cost optimization.
  • Quality & Delivery Excellence
  • Drive end-to-end ownership of development, testing, staging, and production environments.
  • Ensure system reliability, high availability, and performance benchmarks.
  • AI & Automation Readiness (Preferred)
  • Collaborate with AI teams for RAG, LLM, and intelligent automation integration.

Core Technical Skills

  • MERN Stack (React.js / Next.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB / PostgreSQL)
  • Advanced JavaScript / TypeScript
  • REST & GraphQL APIs | Microservices Architecture
  • AWS Cloud (ECS, EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFront, VPC)
  • DevOps Tools – Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Ansible
  • CI / CD Pipelines | Security Best Practices | Monitoring (CloudWatch, Grafana)
  • System Design & Scalability Architecture
  • Strong understanding of performance optimization and cost-effective cloud deployment
