Job Title : Denial Medical Coder

Location : Chennai

Experience : 1–3 years in Denial Coding

Qualification : Life Science / Biotechnology / Nursing / Allied Health background

Key Responsibilities :

• Review medical records and assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes related to denied claims.
• Analyze payer denials and identify root causes (coding errors, documentation gaps, non-coverage, etc.).
• Work on coding corrections, appeals, and resubmissions to ensure claim resolution.
• Ensure compliance with official coding guidelines and payer-specific requirements.
• Meet productivity and accuracy targets on a daily basis.
