Technical Writer

We are seeking a Technical Writer with a strong background in electronics, instrumentation, or CAD software to create and maintain high-quality technical documentation. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication, or a related field, and have 2–4 years of professional experience in relevant domains. The role involves translating complex engineering concepts into clear, user-friendly content such as manuals, guides, brochures, and knowledge bases, while collaborating closely with R&D, product, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, write, and maintain high-quality technical documentation :

• User manuals
• Brochures and website content
• Installation guides
• Marketing brochures
• Maintenance procedures
• Knowledge base and FAQs
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), R&D, and product teams to gather information and understand technical details.
• Create illustrations, flowcharts, and diagrams to complement technical content.
• Document CAD workflows, tool usage, and design processes in alignment with product updates.
• Ensure documentation complies with industry standards (ISO / IEC, ANSI, IEEE) and organisational style guides.
• Conduct peer reviews and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.
• Create videos, host webinars and do presentations.
