Job descriptionManage production planning, scheduling, and inventory control Oversee manufacturing processes to ensure quality and efficiency Identify and implement process Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements Develop and implement new product development plans Conduct research on new ingredients, technologies, and trends Collaborate with supplier formulators and manufacturers to develop new products Ensure product quality and safety through rigorous testing and analysis Manage paperwork and regulatory compliance for new product development, including AYUSH licensing and registration Ensure awareness and compliance with AYUSH guidelines and regulations Procurement : Manage procurement of raw materials and packaging materials Negotiate with suppliers to ensure best prices and quality Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing industry Collaborative and supportive work environment Professional growth and development opportunities Master / Bachelor's in chemistry, microbiology, Botany, Biotechnology, Cosmetology, Biochemistry or related field 1+ years of experience in operations, R&D or related field (Maximum experience- 4 yr) Experience in Ayurveda or natural products industry only Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and growth Knowledge of AYUSH regulations and guidelines, and experience with paperwork and compliance procedures (Mandatory)
