Role Description

Develop and implement strategies to drive membership growth and retention.

Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the fitness centre, including staffing, scheduling, facility maintenance, and member services.

Build a good relationship with potential clients and convince them to enroll with us.

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of fitness instructors, trainers, and front desk staff.

Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members and staff.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and operational standards within the centre.

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in fitness centre management.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement promotional activities and campaigns.

Maintain an impeccable professional appearance and high grooming standards

Qualifications

A university degree in any field.

0-1 years of experience in sales.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong people skills : you naturally connect with others.

Customer-focused with a commitment to high-quality service.

Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing daily operational tasks.

Basic computer skills.

A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle is a plus!
