Key Responsibilities :
- New Business Development : Identify and target new buyers, including importers, wholesalers, distributors, and D2C brands, across key geographies like GCC, SEA, Europe, and the USA.
- Lead Management : Generate and qualify leads through market research, trade exhibitions, and digital channels.
- Pitch products, manage sampling, and convert leads into long-term accounts.
- Customer Relationship Management : Own the end-to-end customer relationship, from initial onboarding to securing repeat business.
- Sales Operations : Handle all aspects of pricing, order confirmations, and customer-specific requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Liaise with the sourcing and production teams to ensure product availability, specifications, and quality align with buyer needs.
- Performance Reporting : Track sales performance, forecast demand, and maintain a lead funnel, providing regular business reports to management.
- Market Insights : Share valuable market insights, pricing trends, and competitor activities to inform business strategy.
Skills & Qualifications :
Experience : Prior experience in B2B export / international sales, specifically within the agrifood / FMCG sector.Proven ability to open new markets and convert leads into accounts.Technical Skills : Strong understanding of export documentation, credit norms, and INCOTERMS.Communication & Negotiation : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for negotiation and stakeholder management.Personal Attributes : A self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.Education : Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business, Commerce, International Business or a related field
