Role Overview

The US IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client requirements to sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and closing candidates for technical roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US staffing as well as domestic hiring, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong technical understanding to ensure successful placements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for both US and India hiring.
• Source candidates using multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, headhunting).
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure a good technical and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements and expectations.
• Negotiate salary, benefits, and employment terms with candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and ensure compliance with company policies.
