We are developing a next-generation automated Wi-Fi user experience validation and insights platform (NOVA), designed to evaluate user experience, mesh behavior, roaming logic, channel management, and application performance across a wide range of consumer products.
We are looking for a Wi-Fi Systems Engineer who will be responsible for defining, designing, and validating the requirements that drive this platform.
What you will do :
- Act as the System Engineer for the Wi-Fi Test & Insights Platforms, shaping system behavior, architecture, and performance requirements with minimal supervision.
- Define system-level Wi-Fi performance and behavior requirements including roaming, steering, mesh backhaul selection, and application QoE metrics.
- Translate user experience KPIs into measurable performance targets (latency, throughput, recovery times, roaming times, stability metrics).
- Design and maintain test modules and automated test specifications.
- Work closely with Software Development, Automation, Cloud / Data Engineering teams to ensure test framework robustness, data collection completeness, and analytics correctness.
- Ensure the platform is aligned with Wi-Fi standards (802.11ac / ax / be) and mesh performance best practices.
