To support the process of maintaining and improving the Planned Maintenance system (PMS) for the end users and stakeholders. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and effective communication to act as business consultant and create value proposition for all internal and external Stakeholders.

Act as business consultant and create value proposition for all internal and external Stakeholders on below areas (indicative, but not limited to) :
Systems Management
a) Evaluate current ERP systems for operational needs, and ensure it is suited to business needs, including dynamic needs of any statutory / regulatory amendments in the industry.
b) Lead the implementation and rollout of the ERP across all vessels in the fleet.
c) Conduct testing and quality assurance to verify system functionality and reliability.
d) Provide training and support to vessel crew and shore-based staff on using the PMS.
e) Develop user manuals, training materials, and conduct workshops / webinars as needed.
Technical Data Integrity
a) Ensure that the PMS complies with all relevant maritime regulations and industry standards.
b) Ensure that all vessel-specific maintenance schedules, checklists, and documentation are accurately uploaded into the PMS.
c) Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and cost-saving opportunities.
d) Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders, including technical, marine and QHSE superintendents, vessel crew, IT teams and vendor as needed.
e) Ensure Compliance is adhered to by shore and vessel crew in reporting standards as defined by company guidelines, regulatory and industry standards – to ensure Audit preparedness.
