Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the recruitment efforts for SAP roles by developing and executing targeted sourcing strategies
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide expert guidance throughout the talent acquisition process
• Utilize various recruitment channels and networks to attract top-tier SAP candidates, including job boards, social media, and industry events
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a strong fit for both technical skills and organizational culture
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience from application to onboarding
