We are looking for highly skilled SAP WMS practitioners to manage, support, and enhance SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions. Candidates will be responsible for handling incidents, managing system enhancements, coordinating with stakeholders, and troubleshooting issues. KT will be provided for related applications as required.
Responsibilities :
- Incident & Monitoring Management : Handle user incidents and monitoring requests specifically related to SAP WMS (Warehouse Management System) .
- Change & Enhancement Management : Manage and test changes / enhancements for daily, weekly, and monthly operations within the SAP WMS environment.
- User & Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with users and market Single Point of Contacts (SPOCs) to efficiently resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis : Perform thorough troubleshooting and root cause analysis for system incidents and bugs within SAP WMS.
- Cross-functional Coordination : Coordinate effectively with other IT teams, users, and market representatives to ensure seamless operations and problem resolution.
- Leadership Updates : Provide timely updates to leadership on key issues and their resolutions.
- Testing Support : Support various testing efforts for projects, system upgrades, and enhancements, including both manual and scripted testing.
- Knowledge Management : Document knowledge articles based on resolved issues to enhance user self-service capabilities and streamline future support.
- Off-Shift Support : Be available for out-of-shift support as required (with compensatory time off provided).
Required Skills :
