Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front-End Developer at our Gurugram office. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and optimizing web-based user interfaces using technologies like React.js, Next.js, HTML, Javascripts and CSS. Additional responsibilities include implementing responsive web designs, collaborating with the back-end team, and ensuring the seamless user experience across all platforms and devices. The developer will also troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring code quality and the performance of the front-end architecture.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Front-End Development using React.js, Next.js, HTML, CSS and JavaScripts

Experience with Responsive Web Design for consistent user experiences across devices

Knowledge of Back-End Web Development and Web Development workflows

Strong grasp of Software Development principles, including debugging and performance optimization

Experience with cross-functional teamwork and integration with back-end systems

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Experience in the implementation of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus

Key Responsibilities

Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using

React.js, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3

Build reusable UI components and front-end libraries

Convert Figma / Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect web pages

Optimize application speed, performance, and SEO (Next.js)

Work with REST APIs / GraphQL and integrate backend services

Ensure cross-browser, cross-device compatibility

Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Implement client-side routing, state management, and UI logic

Participate in code reviews and follow best practices (Git, modular code, etc.)

Required Skills

Strong expertise in

React.js

(hooks, lifecycle, context, component architecture)

Experience with

Next.js

(routing, SSR, SSG, API routes, performance optimization)

Solid knowledge of

HTML5, CSS3, Flexbox, Grid

Good understanding of

JavaScript (ES6+)

Familiarity with

Tailwind / Bootstrap / Styled Components

(optional but preferred)

Knowledge of

Git & Version Control

Understanding of

responsive design

and UI / UX basics

Familiarity with API integrations (REST / GraphQL)

Understanding of SEO optimization in Next.js

Experience with Animation libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP)

Awareness of Web Performance & Lighthouse Metrics

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT (or related field)

1 to 4 years of relevant work experience Expertise in Front-End Devlopment
