Workday / ERP Test Engineer
Experience : 6–10 Years
Mandatory Skills :
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Workday and ERP application testing.
Strong knowledge of
Workday HCM modules
such as
Core HR, Time & Absences, Resourcing, and Compensation.
Proficient in
STLC, testing methodologies (Agile / Waterfall), and QA processes
using
ATDD / TDD
approaches.
Practical experience in
requirement analysis, test planning, test case design, execution, and defect management.
Experience with
testing cycles (SIT and UAT)
and
stakeholder coordination.
Working knowledge of
ALM, VSTS , and
CI / CD pipelines.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills : Exposure to
SAP HR / HCM Payroll
systems.
Experience in
Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment
frameworks.
Proactive, self-driven, and quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
