About the role :

Top technical personnel for R&D team. Responsible for translation product requirements into technical solutions. Serves as advisor for all functions of their group. Responsible for oversight of all technical aspects of their group.

What you will do :

• Function as a technical leader or system architect when assigned
• Investigate new technologies and competing products
• Develop new product and solution ideas for Airties that can be patented, copyrighted, trademarked
• Provide in-depth knowledge and experience when defining and implementing vision and new technologies
• Assist with projects that require specialized skills and knowledge
• Provide input to engineering and product management Airties product definitions, assist with RFPs as needed
• Provide coaching and mentorship to other Airties staff.
• Assist engineering management with process improvement efforts
• Assist engineering management with hiring process, conduct interviews
• Assist product management and sales to present and validate company products and solutions to customers
• Attend meetings with R&D management to discuss strategy and vision
