Roles & Responsibilities :
Business Development & Portfolio Management
- Generate and grow CASA balances and fee income by effectively managing existing portfolios and acquiring new-to-bank (NTB) clients
- Provide tailored transaction banking solutions including Collection and Payment Management Services (CMS) for corporate and government clients
Product Knowledge & Market Analysis
Possess thorough knowledge of digital banking products and services to offer relevant solutionsGather and analyze market intelligence on segment performance to adapt strategies accordinglyStrategy & Product Development
Provide valuable inputs on sales and business strategy to the product team for developing and innovating transaction banking products and servicesArticulate and execute comprehensive business strategies focusing on product development and sales growthStakeholder Collaboration & Client Solutions
Work closely with service delivery, operations, product teams, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless client experience and solution deliveryIdentify and establish strategic alliances to deliver innovative banking solutions to clientsSkills Required
