Job Title : Medical Coding Analyst (IP DRG & Surgery)

Work Location : Chennai / Hyderabad

Shift : General (10 AM to 7 PM / 11 AM to 8 PM)

Work Mode : Work from Office only

Certification : Must have CCS / CIC for IP DRG; any AAPC / AHIMA certification for Surgery

Role Summary :

Lead and deliver assigned tasks in medical coding, with expertise in denial management, trend analysis, and process analytics. Strong background in hospital billing required.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Review medical records and code them to Revenue Code, CPT, Modifiers, Diagnosis Code, and other billable requirements.
• Ensure documentation compliance with quality standards and policies.
• Provide information to west partners per expectations.
• Recommend workflow and process improvements.
• Use Microsoft Excel for data inputs, building functions, sorting, and filtering.
• Maintain security and confidentiality standards.
