We are developing next-generation pharma and laboratory instruments with precision engineering and robust manufacturing at the core.

We’re looking for a Prototype & Project Engineer who can work at the intersection of design, engineering, fabrication, and vendor management , playing a key role in converting concepts into high-quality working prototypes.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager and project team with project documentation and control, job cost accounting, scheduling, and construction supervision efforts. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks' completion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prototype Development & Assembly

• Build, assemble, and test prototypes for pharma & lab instruments (ovens, incubators, BOD analyzers, water baths, etc.).
• Integrate mechanical, electrical, and electronic subsystems into functional assemblies.
• Ensure accurate fitment, wiring, thermal insulation, and mechanical stability as per design intent.

4. Vendor Management & Procurement Coordination

5. Project Planning & Cross-Functional Coordination

6. Testing, Validation & Reporting
