Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Manager / Senior Manager – Market Research to lead market intelligence initiatives across all our business units. This role is pivotal in shaping strategic decisions, identifying growth opportunities, and enhancing our competitive edge.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and execute comprehensive market research projects across domestic and international markets
- Analyse industry trends, customer operational and expansion plans, and competitor strategies to inform business planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development, pricing, and go-to-market strategies
- Develop actionable insights and present findings to senior leadership
- Monitor macroeconomic indicators and regulatory developments impacting the steel product & renewable energy segment
- Build and maintain databases of market intelligence and research reports
Requirements :
MBA from a top-tier management institute.3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in market research, preferably within the steel / steel product and renewable energy segmentStrong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and visualisation toolsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesStrategic mindset with a passion for uncovering insights that drive business growthSkills Required
