Job description

Years of Experience : 12-15 years with minimum 5+ years of Experience into Project Management.

Job Location : Airoli, Navi Mumbai (work from office)

Project Management

  • Plan, execute, and close technical projects using established methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
  • Monitor project progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
  • Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective resource utilization

Technical Leadership

  • Collaborate with engineering teams, architects, and technical leads to ensure feasibility of project requirements
  • Understand technical dependencies and constraints to make informed project decisions
  • Facilitate technical discussions and help resolve complex technical challenges
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, security protocols, and best practices
  • Oversee system integrations, deployments, and technical deliverables

    • Process Improvement

  • Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies
  • Implement tools and systems to enhance team productivity and project visibility
  • Mentor junior project managers and contribute to team development
  • Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects

    • Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of Angular and .Net projects
  • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience with CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices

    • Project Management Skills

  • PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • Expertise in Agile / Scrum methodologies
  • Risk management and mitigation experience
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Critical thinking and decision-making capabilities
