MS&T Packaging Specialist

MS&T Packaging Specialist will lead packaging technology transfers, drive new product launches, and introduce innovative packaging solutions for global markets. You’ll be the expert bridging development, production, and quality, ensuring compliance, patient safety, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead packaging technology transfers and new process introductions

Support global product launches with robust packaging solutions

Develop and maintain packaging documentation and master data

Troubleshoot and optimize commercial packaging processes

Review and manage artwork, serialization, and regulatory compliance

Drive innovation and continuous improvement in packaging design and technologies

Education : Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, Packaging Technology, or related field

Experience : 3+ years of experience in pharma packaging development, production, or MS&T.

Additional Requirements :

Proven expertise in technology transfer, new product introduction, and regulatory compliance

Strong knowledge of packaging materials, equipment, and processes

Experience with artwork management, ISO / ANSI standards, and GS1 barcodes

Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus

Willingness to travel for site / CMO support
