Responsibilities :
- Take full responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer roll out with a focus on quality, time & cost for DGM and above positions
- Develop and execute the multi-year TA COE roadmap aligned with overall business and HR strategy.
- Establish and enforce TA policies, processes, and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance.
- Implement and manage a structured competency-based interviewing framework to reduce bias and improve quality of hire.
- Lead projects for process automation and digitization to enhance recruiter and candidate productivity.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, introducing innovative sourcing and assessment methodologies
- Partner with Marketing and Communications to shape and amplify our employer value proposition (EVP).
- Develop and manage compelling content for careers pages, social media, and job descriptions.
- Design and monitor the candidate journey, implementing feedback mechanisms (e.g., surveys) to continuously improve the candidate experience
- Develop and champion a proactive talent sourcing strategy, including building talent pools for critical roles.
- Research and recommend new and innovative sourcing channels to attract diverse, passive candidates.
- Create and manage a program for internal talent mobility and referrals
- Design and deliver training programs for recruiters and hiring managers on interviewing techniques, unconscious bias, ATS usage, and compliance.
- Create scalable resources, toolkits, and playbooks to empower the recruiting team
- Lead end-to-end campus recruitment for PGETs and MTs from premier institutions
- Design and manage a structured lateral hiring program for GETs from local colleges
- Create and oversee a best-in-class "Orientation Programme" to facilitate a smooth transition from campus to corporate
- Stakeholder management - partner with Senior leadership hiring managers, and key stakeholders to understand the talent needs. Become a deep subject matter expert for attracting, identifying, evaluating & selecting current and future roles needed to meet business goals.
- Strategic leader- Partner with Leadership team to forecast hiring needs based on business goals
- Candidate management - develop and execute sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent, owning the candidate development process from identification and engagement to offer extension and closing. Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience.
- Analysis - Leverage data and metrics to conduct analysis on talent markets. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Employer Branding- Enhance employer brand to attract diverse and high potential candidates. Develop and execute Employer branding initiatives and campaigns.
- Initiatives - play a critical role in leading important organizational initiatives beyond the scope of your day-to-day position.
- Develop and implement ideas for improving the talent acquisition process : identify key sourcing channels, develop, and implement creative sourcing strategies, leveraging social media channels, employee referrals, etc; creating and maintaining a candidate pipeline.
- Partner with Business Leaders in the selection process, adopting the appropriate interview assessment methods and sharing best practices. Provide support to hiring manager on effective interviewing & selection techniques.
- Create Recruitment Dashboards & analytics for driving better efficiencies across Aequs group of companies.
