Requirements

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to align social efforts with brand goals.
• Monitor, moderate, and respond to audience interactions to drive community engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics and generate insights to optimize campaigns.
• Plan and execute paid ad campaigns tailored to business objectives (lead gen, awareness, traffic).
• Stay current with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree / Masters Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

1–2 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing.

Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).

Strong copywriting and communication skills.

Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) is a plus.

Data-driven and results-oriented approach.
