Role Description

IMANT Group is seeking web, platform, and application developers to engage in technical collaboration and project-based work. This role involves contributing to the design, development, and implementation of software solutions across web, mobile, and backend systems.

Developers may work on front-end interfaces, backend services, APIs, or integrated systems depending on experience and project needs. The role requires the ability to explain technical decisions, work through evolving requirements, and collaborate effectively within a structured development process. Specific project scope and expectations will be discussed during the interview process.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in software development through completed projects, portfolios, or repositories
• Proficiency in front-end development technologies such as Python, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with modern frameworks where applicable
• Experience with backend development, including APIs, server-side logic, and data handling
• Familiarity with full-stack development concepts and system integration
• Ability to write clear, maintainable, and efficient code
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively
• Experience with mobile application development is a plus but not required
• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
