QA Performance Engineer

Job descriptionDesign & Execution : Design, develop, and execute performance test plans, cases, and scripts using JMeter and LoadRunner . Analysis & Optimization : Monitor application performance, analyze results, and identify bottlenecks for system improvements. Collaboration : Collaborate with developers and QA teams to troubleshoot issues and implement optimizations. Testing Types : Conduct Load, Stress, Scalability, and Endurance testing for web applications and REST APIs . Documentation : Document processes, test results, and issues found during testing clearly and concisely. Experience : 3–4 years of experience in performance testing. Tool Expertise : Strong expertise in JMeter and LoadRunner . Technical Knowledge : Hands-on experience testing REST APIs and understanding web technologies. Problem Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Communication : Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Knowledge of performance metrics, reporting, and optimization best practices. Proactive, detail-oriented approach with a mindset for continuous improvement.
