About the role :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in data exploration, visualization, and statistical analysis to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to extract actionable insights from large datasets, develop intuitive dashboards, and provide data-backed recommendations that drive strategic initiatives.

Note : This position requires the candidate to be based in India, with the flexibility to work remotely.

Responsibilities :

  • Collect, clean and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
  • Develop reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau and Looker Studio
  • Work with business stakeholders to identify KPIs and track performance metrics
  • Automate recurring data workflows and reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Translate business questions into analytical problems and deliver actionable insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure data availability, quality and integrity
  • Support and mentor junior analysts to enhance team capability and foster a collaborative learning environment.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • 4+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role.
  • Advanced Proficiency in SQL and Intermediate Proficiency in Python
  • Intermediate / Advanced Proficiency in Tableau
  • Experience of working with large scale datasets and data warehouses such as BigQuery, Redshift or Snowflake
  • Ability to interpret data, identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
