BPO Trainer

The profile of the Trainers should be as follows :

1. Must be a Graduate

2. Experience / knowledge of Bank's products & processes

3. Overall experience of three years, wherein at least two years in

process training In a Banking process

4. Trainers must have versant test score of 5 and above with

typing test with speed of 25-30 words per minute and 85%

accuracy.
