We&aposre looking for a mid-level writer (2–3 years' experience) who's looking to grow fast.

What you'll do :

• Write across formats : scripts, push notifications, tweets, product copy, landing pages, YouTube bumpers—you name it
• Bring clarity to complexity. Translate financial products into language that makes people feel, not just understand
• Own the Scapia tone of voice across social, product, CRM, website, ads, and performance creatives
• (For senior role) Mentor other writers and review work with a sharp eye for clarity, craft, and consistency
• (For senior role) Collaborate closely with product, design, and marketing teams to lead projects end-to-end
• Help shape brand systems and tone guidelines that scale
