Role :

The role blends data analysis, business strategy and HR process improvement.

Collect, analyze and interpret HR and business data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.

Build and maintain dashboards and reports for employee performance, experience and retention, using tools like Excel, Power BI / Tableau and SQL.

Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand challenges and recommend data-driven solutions that align people strategies with business objectives.

Ensure data quality, accuracy, and timely communication of insights for decision-making.

Skills :

Mandatory working knowledge on Excel (SQL - Good to have)

Experience building data models, creating interactive dashboards, and automating HR reports in Power BI / Tableau

Ability to analyze large data sets and generate actionable recommendations.

Strong communication to translate technical data findings into clear, executive summaries for HR and business leaders

Qualifications :

B-Tech / BE and B-Tech / BE + MBA

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
