Position: HR Officer/Assistant HR
Location: Kochi
Experience: 4 years of relevant experience in HR functions (recruitment payroll compliance L&D ER) with NBFC /Financial Services Industry Experience*
Education: *MBA*
Salary : 40 K

*Responsibilities:*
* Manage end-to-end hiring focusing on bulk recruitment for sales/field roles talent sourcing and building talent pipelines.
* Oversee monthly payroll reimbursements deductions maintain HRIS/data accuracy and manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding exits).
* Ensure strict adherence to labour laws PF ESI TDS and other regulatory filings common in the highly regulated NBFC sector.
* Resolve conflicts mediate issues foster positive relations and drive engagement initiatives especially across dispersed branches.
* Implement performance management identify skill gaps and design training
