Key Responsibilities :

  • Execute and optimize paid campaigns across Google ads, Meta (including Collab Ads), Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy.
  • Monitor daily performance, ensuring efficient delivery across CTR, CVR, and ROAS targets.
  • Support campaign setup, audience targeting, and budget allocation to drive growth on D2C and quick commerce platforms.
  • Collaborate with the creative and brand teams to provide feedback on ad performance and creative optimization.
  • Track and report on campaign metrics regularly, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing performance campaigns on Google ads, Meta and at least one quick commerce platform (Blinkit, Zepto, or Swiggy)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, optimize performance, and drive growth.
  • Proficient in Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
  • Experience in tracking and optimizing key performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, ROAS, CAC and overall campaign efficiency.
  • Experience working with women-focused brands is a plus.
