Key Responsibilities :

Strong hands-on experience in Fast Formulas for :

Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)

Absence Management

Develop, modify, test, and validate Fast Formulas as per business requirements.

Experience in creating and customizing BIP (BI Publisher) reports.

Ability to support reporting requirements and troubleshoot report-related issues.

Good-to-Have Skills :

Knowledge of HCM Extracts or HDL (HCM Data Loader) is an added advantage (not mandatory).

Familiarity with functional flows in OTL or Absence modules.

Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

Support testing cycles (SIT / UAT) and ensure timely resolution of defects.

Provide documentation, version tracking, and production support when needed.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Required Qualifications :

Prior experience working with Fast Formulas in HCM Cloud.

Good understanding of OTL or Absence functional processes.

Ability to analyze requirements and deliver accurate formula logic.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
