Quality Assurance Engineer

Job descriptionDevelop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium (Python) , Cypress , or Playwright . Integrate automated tests into CI / CD pipelines . Identify opportunities for automation to enhance test efficiency and coverage. Ensure automation scripts are robust, reusable, and well-documented. Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers. Establish and enforce QA best practices, processes, and standards. Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting for project releases. Minimum 5 years of experience in QA, including 1–2 years managing a QA team . Proven expertise in automation testing (Selenium with Python, Cypress, or Playwright). Strong understanding of testing methodologies, QA processes, and SDLC. Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI / CD tools (Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab CI). Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development environments. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). Proven 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer or similar role. Experience in performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter , LoadRunner ) preferred. Knowledge of additional programming languages ( JavaScript , TypeScript ) is a plus. ISTQB certification or equivalent is an advantage.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and proactive Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in manual and automation testing , experience managing a small QA team, and a solid grasp of Selenium (with Python) , Cypress , or Playwright frameworks.

Manual Testing
- Design, develop, and execute test cases in accordance with requirements and specifications.
- Perform regression, functional, integration, and system testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to clarify requirements.
- Provide structured feedback on quality issues and product improvements.
